He is a retired US military officer who abides by the rules of ethics and personal integrity, committed to be a contributing factor to the success of his customers. Our customers include Patrick Air Force, NASA and Civilian Contractors, Resorts, Lawyers, Accountants, Doctors, Dentists, Restaurants, Real Estate Agents, Property Managers, Churches, Engineers, Home-based Businesses, etc.
Our rates are very competitive, and vary according to the specific tasks and their duration. Some of our services have a set rate, such as the Domain Name Registration ($120 including $70 to InterNIC for the first two years), or the $50 per hour standard rate for one-time consulting. What happened to CompuMedia's Storefront ? Where are you ?
CompuMedia Center was originally started as mainly a retail operation, with capabilities to do computer upgrades and repairs, general computer consulting, training, and software development. As the business matured, it became evident that our consulting and software development skills were in greater demand, and were more productive than our previous business focus, especially after we cultivated a loyal customer base whose trust we had managed to gain with our hard work and computer competence.
It was also evident that CompuMedia could not compete with national computer retailing chains such as Office Depot, Best Buy, Computer City, etc., where the minimum order from distributors is typically 200 units, thus allowing them to obtain and offer better pricing... We, therefore, decided to close the storefront and operate from our residence, where most of the work was already being done...
We value the experience we gained during our early years, since it has provided us with a better understanding of the computer needs of small to medium size businesses, and the hands-on technological skills to handle most PC-related hardware or software problems. This is allowing us to service our customers in a very unique fashion, since we can practically become the "Information Technology Department" for a small business.
