Principal Elias R. Valdez, a retired US Army Warrant Officer, has been in the Information Technology field since 1972, holding job positions from Computer Repairman and Senior Analyst/Programmer in the military, to Software Engineer and Development Project Manager with civilian contractors. Elias holds a MS degree in Computer Information Systems from Boston University.
